Sliced Red Deer is an annual charity event that pits chefs in different restaurants in a head to head battle, they prepare dishes from mystery ingredients that are revealed to them at the last moment. The competing restaurants will be randomly chosen from all of the applicants to pick who will be participating in the third season.
Participants battle in one of three preliminary rounds. The winners from each round will then battle against each other in the final event to be named the Sliced Red Deer Champion.
With all proceeds going to supporting the Women’s Outreach. Each chef will be allowed to bring one helper for the event to assist them. 100.7 Cruz FM and Shaw Television are our media partners for the event, with Meg Tucker hosting the event.
